24岁的佐山美关因抢劫、杀人而被判处无期徒刑，但是这个美丽又倔强的女孩却被送到了一个几乎与世隔绝的荒岛之上。岛上建有训练营，所有被选中的女犯都要在此接受格斗训练，旨在将她们培养成足以对抗国内外恐怖组织的秘密特工，顺利通过考验的话女孩们便有可能重获自由。美关虽然极力反抗，却又不得不按规矩行事。 训练营的课程极其严酷、繁重，日复一日，周而复始，枯燥且劳累。与此同时，女孩之间还经常发生争吵和格斗。有的女孩惧怕监狱长（加纳龙 饰）的威严，殚精竭虑迎合官员们的喜好。美关无法继续忍受，时刻寻找机会逃出这个人间地狱……
